How do I book a room?
Call us on , message us on WhatsApp, or fill in the online booking form. We confirm every booking personally.
Is my online booking confirmed straight away?
The online form sends a booking request with a reference number. Your room is confirmed once our front desk replies by phone or WhatsApp.
Where exactly is the hotel?
At 12, Biswa Bangla Sarani in Chinar Park, Rajarhat, with easy access to Kolkata Airport, New Town and City Centre 2.
Can I make a special request?
Yes. Add it in the booking form or mention it when you call, and we'll do our best to arrange it.
